Moki POS runs a small shop from an Android tablet or phone, whether it sells coffee, retail goods or motor parts. Sales, stock, shifts and reports are kept on the device and keep working with no internet. The free edition stays entirely local, and an optional Pro subscription adds cloud sync across tablets. Prices are in Philippine pesos.
The cart, cash checkout, receipts and sales history all work offline.
Manage products, variants and stock by branch. A sale is blocked when an item is out of stock.
Track shifts and drawer movements, then reconcile the cash count when a shift closes.
See sales, product, inventory and shift reports, and export them as CSV files.
Staff unlock the app with a PIN, and their role decides what they can do.
Pro adds cloud sync across tablets. The free edition keeps working on its own.
